Indiana law prohibits the release of the names of people with communicable diseases, unless the person signs a release form or the release of the name is needed to enforce public health laws. It’s part of that whole “right to privacy” that liberals seem to think is somewhere in the Constitution (it’s not) and in this case it means a baby raping pervert who was caught after he infected his 1-year-old victim with an STD will get out of jail in less than a year unless he’s a hellacious enough prisoner that they don’t shave his time.

Bobby Joe Flores had gonorrhea. And at some point after he baby-sat for a 1-year-old girl, so did she.
But a state law prevented that information from being presented to a jury, so Flores pleaded guilty to a lesser-grade child molesting charge.
The result Monday was a prison sentence under which Flores could be free in less than a year.
In April 2008, the girl’s mother took the child to the hospital after she noticed symptoms consistent with gonorrhea and the child began crying when her diaper was changed. In May, Flores, 21, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and while in jail received treatment for what was later determined to be gonorrhea, according to court documents.
In June, Allen Superior Judge John Surbeck issued subpoenas on behalf of prosecutors for Flores’ medical records at the jail, as well as his records at the Allen County Board of Health.
In October, Flores was formally charged with a Class B felony child molesting.
But attorneys for the Allen County Sheriff’s Department and the Fort Wayne-Allen County Health Department contacted prosecutors and said their employees would not testify at Flores’ trial because Indiana law prohibits the disclosure of information related to the identities of people who contract communicable diseases.
Since Indiana also credits prisoners with two days for every day served without disciplinary action (!?!) Flores, who has 180 or so days under his belt, will be out in six months. At which point he’ll no doubt rape more babies. Flores deserves to die for his crimes, instead he’ll do less time than someone who stole a car.
But at least we can rest assured knowing that our “right to privacy” is being so jealously protected by the government. Now if only they tried protecting kids.
This is disgusting. If this guy did enough to a one year old child that he gave her a sexually transmitted disease, that should constitute more than a “class B” felony, first of all, and second of all… WTF??? Two years? The Indiana court system needs a bitch-slap.
WTF is wrong with these people? She was a one year old baby, and he gave her a sexually transmitted disease. That should most definitely have been brought up during his trial. This is sickening.
I know this family extremely well. Their mother raised them with great values and they strayed for a while, but it’s common. I also happen to know Bobby very well enough to know that this crime was not commited by him. I’ve counseled the family in many times of need, and I’ve known these people since they were younger. Bobby pled out because he was scared he would be convicted with a higher charge of something he did not do. It was the prosecutor who offered the plea, and it was his lawyer who told him to take the plea whether he did it or not. He acted under the advice of his lawyer. I would appreciate people to speak on facts and not on hear-say please, and thank you.
News reports aren’t hearsay and d explain why how Bobby and the child both were infected with the same strain of gonorrhea? When you counseled him did he explain how his STD magically jumped from his penis into a child?
While you were giving him all this great advice did you tell him to get warrants out on him?

I knew this family and Linda Flores was not a good mother her only goal in life was to have a dozen kids, I believe she was close!! Those kids had to suffer with no beds, no rooms of there own, cockroaches everywhere, and were always dirty.Who knows if he is guilty, but its not all his fault, the mother should have been sterilized!!!!

Well He isnt exactly the award winning acheiver of decency and morals either. Lets also not forget that he was a “person of interest” (suspect) in the double homicide of Sheldon Jefferson and his brother, Ramone as well. And anyone who says “there is a difference between suspect and person of interest” would be correct but you’re splitting hairs. He was jailed for that offense but later released. If he did in fact do this to this baby, he needs to put locked away in the Indiana Dept of Corrections for LIFE yes LIFE because that shit dont just go away, they continue to offend offend offend throughout their lives!
