Last night, several states in the western part of Venezuela were without power. We were left in the dark for most of the night. The chaos of the traffic in the streets without signal lights was terrible. Also, there was a crime wave as would be expected. I have heard but have not been able to confirm that there were 5 murders here in Barquisimeto alone during the power outage.
