The Croissant has a report claiming that Christian and Druze militias are arming themselves in preparation for conflict with Hezbollah. Sunni militias have formed private security companies (50 so far) which are aided in their arms acquisitions by allies in the Ministry of the Interior. All the groups are fearful of Hezbollah, who are said to have been caught stockpiling anti-tank weapons and arms that could only be used in conflict on the streets of Lebanon.
