Like many survivalists I’ve been (trying) to keep healthy and maintain a level of physical fitness that will help keep me going when needed. Unfortunately I’m a 40-year-old man with 40-year-old man knees who learned to workout in martial arts classes. The days of 20 front kicks in a row are over – as are my long distance hikes.
