The above is a photo of Matthew Kent Sheley, a man who was found to be in possession of a video tape wherein he can be seen raping a little girl whose age authorities put somewhere between 7 and 9. Sheley was living in Hallendale Beach, Florida at the time the video was discovered but is described as being “transient” for the last decade.

Police are looking for the girl who is in the video, to ensure she is safe. She’d be 12-14 now and is described as White with a kidney shaped birthmark on the inside of her left forearm.

Police have found more video tapes apparently left behind in several residences where Sheley stayed over the years, but so far are concentrating on finding this one girl.
