It seems that one of the Free Staters was accosted by either an SEIU or AFSCME union thug. The story, corroborated by several sources, is that the Free Stater said something that the Union thug did not like and hauled off and spit into his video camera
and then kicked him in the groin.
The camera was running so hopefully it will surface soon.
Meanwhile Huffington Post contributor, known historical revisionist, and Pro-Communist anti-Semite Joseph A. Palermo has called for Democrats to handle criticism of health care by enlisting large numbers of Union goons to intimidate them into silence:
So there’s a simple solution to these Republican astro-turf goon squads that are currently disrupting Democratic town hall meetings on health care. Do what Kennedy did. Speak before a crowd of supporters who have dirt under their fingernails and know how to win battles in the workplace. The fight over health care is no different from the fight over the eight-hour day or the minimum wage. At root is whether we as a nation are going to view health care as a human right or will we allow it to remain a privilege.
Democratic politicians facing town hall disruptions should seek the help of their working-class supporters. Make sure large numbers of people from the local unions come to these events. Then we’ll see if the Tea Bagger thugs can continue their bullying tactics on behalf of corporations seeking to block progress on health care.
Aside from the weird man crush Palermo has on what he thinks are rough around the edges Union bears who scare we Republicans with their “burliness” Palermo betrays what effete downwardly mobile White academics (Palermo is a college adjunct unsurprisingly) think of working class men. In Palermo’s mind they are violent, easily led and exist to do the bidding of their “betters.”
Palermo should note that everyone attacked by a Union thug was sucker punched, a small person, or a woman. I am attending several South Carolina town halls next week and I can give you my personal guarantee that some union thug who spits on my camera or puts his hands on me will score a “full one” on the Muta scale. I can also guarantee that since I myself am “burly” no union thug will hit me no matter how many hateful things i say about their mothers, something which I can’t guarantee won’t happen. I wonder if that would shatter his fantasy of being rescued from a mob of evil right wingers by a plaid shirted carpenter who sweeps him up in his strong arms and rushes him to his cottage in the woods to recuperate?
But I know a lot of people like Palermo, weak and fragile themselves they see the lazy, fat drunks that make up the union’s professional protest wing as the height of intimidation. Palermo’s the same person who crosses the street when he sees a Black couple or orders his lo mein in badly garbled Mandarin that he picked up on a vacation to China. Palermo is the very picture of what he himself would call White Privilege, that is the ability of people like him to insulate themselves from reality with a combination of his parents’ money and only coming into contact with minorities and working class people when they are fixing his toilet or serving him food.
Thus he sees union shops as workers’ armies waiting for an academic commissar to give them marching orders and anyone who disagrees with him is just a target of his unresolved father issues, sublimated through the lens of his adolescent fixation on Leninism. Palermo’s call for violence is a call for others to exert his absent masculinity and it is disturbingly sincere for all its eyebrow raising Freudian slippage. There are thousands of people like Palermo out there calling for violence, and if even 1% will act on it that’s a lot of crime coming our way.
The fact that Think Progress is a Center for American Progress front for anti-American socialist propaganda is pretty much well known by everyone except the 9/11 truthers and pedophile activists who infest the comments there. Comments which, I might add, are closed to registration and mysteriously filled with dozens of people who “speak in the same voice” as we used to say in writing class. This helps Think Progress avoid some painful public debunkings of the multiple lies they publish by getting around that pesky fact checking aspect of blogging that tends to happen when you allow anyone to comment and argue against your points.
Despite this the media insists on using Think Progress as a source especially when it comes to popular targets of leftist derangement like Bill O’Reilly. Apparently O’Reilly drew yet more ire from Think Progress smear artists Christy Harvey and Judd Legum by pointing out an obvious truth, that the Internet gives scum of various stripes support and encouragement by linking them up with like minded cretin. Many people like Perverted Justice, the (in my opinion awesome) crew at Absolute Zero United and your humble blogger have pointed out time and again the organized pedophile online movement’s disturbing growth and the recruitment of dangerously unstable child molesters like Alia Loren Jacobsen to their cause. Though the crimes may not be as vile, anarchist violence organized on the net is similar in its promotion of criminality wherein innocent people are victimized.
O’Reilly wasn’t smearing anyone, but Frick’s sock puppets sure were. The first comment left on the post was just a link to this Media Matters affiliated hate site called Republican Sex Offenders which, rumor has it, is run by an angry sex offender. The site is a list of mostly small fry state and local Republicans who have been accused or convicted of various sexual offenses. It even lists serial killer Ted Bundy, which I guess is some sort of counter argument to the fact that John Wayne Gacy was a Democrat activist who actually attacked a teen worker he met through his work with the Democrats named Tony Antonucci. Of course that really doesn’t reflect on all Democrats, but I guess the 20 or so people out of a party that comprises millions of Americans proves we Republicans are all evil.
If you’re insane. Or insanely partisan.
If Think Progress was an honest broker of information they’d have open registration so that someone could argue that point, but they aren’t honest. They are a slander machine designed to whip up hatred in the lowest common denominator. Anarchists are criminals when they destroy millions of dollars worth of property, injure hundreds of people and use the fear their violence causes to intimidate political opponents into silence. In that respect they are no different from child rapists, who trade in fear and intimidation and organize on the web. O’Reilly isn’t wrong to point that out, but the pedophile enablers of Think Progress are wrong to minimize the ongoing efforts by child rape advocates to mainstream “intergenerational love” using the web, just as they’re wrong to minimize the violence at the G20 protests.

GARDEN GROVE – About 300 people from throughout the county got together Sunday and prayed for affordable health care in a vigil that included Christian pastors and a public official.
The prayer vigil, held at St. Callistus Catholic Church, was about the national health-care reform package that is being debated now, but also about the loss of health care in California because of the state budget crisis.
It was sponsored by the Orange County Congregation Community Organization, which represents 22 congregations and 50,000 families in seven cities.
Rep. Loretta Sanchez, D-Santa Ana, the guest of honor, said she supports universal health care, but that’s not what’s being debated in the Capitol.
Instead, she said, the current proposal would provide federal subsidies on a sliding scale for health insurance premiums for families that earn up to $88,200 a year, which is four times the official federal poverty level threshold.
“We are also trying to cut down the increases in the cost of health care, which are averaging 15 to 20 percent a year,” Sanchez said. “That is the real reason we need to reform our health-care system.”
Hmmm. Last time the Catholic Church took such an obvious stand with a Fascist movement was when they replaced the Falangists in Mussolini’s Italian Fascist coalition. Technically what we’re seeing right now is an example of Integralism, a Catholic corporatist philosophy which is unsurprisingly pretty popular amongst the revolutionaries in Latin America. I expect that we’ll see more prayer vigils by the Red Shirts of the Obama administration.

The Georgia State President of Pat Dollard’s American Constitution and Capitalism Defense Front (ACTIVE) is reporting that Douglasville Police chief Chris Womack stopped him from videotaping a health care town hall there and even threatened him with arrest. Womack was apparently working at the behest of an ACORN thug who tried to stop the patriots from ACTIVE from attending the meeting.

We were at a David Scott (D) town Hall meeting about a highway project in Douglasville. We intended to take the floor and ask him questions on his Health Care position as well as other things, and videotape it. While bringing our cameras into the venue I was stopped by an Acorn type and told that I couldn’t bring my camera. I ignored him. He went over to a cop, a radio call was made, I was approached by Douglasville police chief Chris Womack who threatened me with arrest if I took it in. He also asked for the camera. I refused to give it to him, and told him “I will be using it outside and there is no law against thatâ€, he ratcheted up the attempt to intimidate me at that point, asking for ID. I had nothing to hide. Roger “Screaming Eagle†covertly caught the end of the exchange on his own video.
Throughout the townhall, free speech was shut down. If anyone asked an off-topic (non-highway 92) question, they were cut off and police and security immediately surrounded them.
There were plenty of video cameras in there, but we were singled out. You could also say that we were an obvious minority there.
BTW, it was obvious most of the other cops didn’t agree with the chief’s behaviour.
I don’t like the fact that this sworn officer of the law knowingly and intentionally violated my civil and Constitutional rights for political purposes.
I think from the meeting we got some good lessons learned as to the level these bastards clamp down on free speech and press. I am going to write up a “lessons learned†for future town halls. The town halls have not been going well for these guys and they are starting to resort to brown shirt behaviour.
Outrageous! The Douglasville Police Department website has a complaint form which I’m urging all patriots use to lodge their disgust with Womack’s illegal and un-American behavior.
