James Philip Edwards Drugged Little Girls to Make Sado-Masochistic Child Porn

James Philip Edwards is a 60-year-old pervert who is typical of people who exploit children for sex. He claims age of consent laws are “arbitrary” and that what he was doing was perfectly acceptable. He simply loves children he will tell you, and would never hurt them. His actions disprove that lie, however, as what he did with these unwilling children could have very well killed them.

Authorities began investigating Edwards in May for possession of child pornography on his home computer, according to court records. When investigators confiscated the computer, they found a file called “Consuming the Date Rape Drug,“ which began with an explanation “that the girls would be given a date rape drug in soda and separately with ice cream.“

That file showed three girls sitting on a bed that looked like one in Edwards’ south Kansas City basement, authorities said. Edwards appears in the video giving the girls drinks and what appears to be ice cream, according to court records.

“After the girls are apparently unconscious, a few are depicted naked from the waist down,“ and Edwards then appears in one shot touching one girl’s genitals, investigators said.

Another computer file had a photo collage named “Phil’s Kindergarten Class Ages 4-7” that showed five girls in separate photos lying on the same bed, naked from the waist down. Edwards is shown in one of the photos, according to the court document.

Edwards told investigators in a videotaped interview after his Oct. 14 arrest that “he doesn’t believe that what he has done is wrong,“ according to a motion seeking Edwards’ pretrial detention filed by assistant U.S. attorney Katharine Fincham.

“His view is that society places arbitrary lines (as in age restrictions) around sexual conduct, with which he doesn’t agree,“ Fincham wrote.

Prosecutors said Edwards admitted giving “multiple minor girls” Ambien, a sedative, before making videos of them with their genitalia exposed and that the children ranged in age from 6 to 12. They said he told investigators he spent time spitting on one girl’s face.

Despite the best efforts of pedophile activists, time and again we see that child sexual exploitation is driven by sadism, selfishness, and the desire to victimize those who cannot fight back. If James Philip Edwards “loved” children the way pedophiles claim they do he wouldn’t have drugged them since a prescription sleep aid like Ambien could easily pose a risk to a small child. He certainly wouldn’t have manufactured child porn with them and damn sure wouldn’t have spit on their faces to arouse himself.

He drugged, raped, and spit on little girls. It doesn’t sound like pedophiles “love” children to me.

“Witches” Stripped, Beaten and Sexually Humiliated in Muslim Town in India

The BBC studiously ignores the fact that this is a crime perpetrated (yet again) by the Religion of Peace whose adherents routinely burn and execute “witches” in any country they control including the supposedly civilized Saudi Arabia. Instead “Indians” in general are blamed for what is clearly some local imam Islaming his way out of a paternity suit or something:

Five women were paraded naked, beaten and forced to eat human excrement by villagers after being branded as witches in India’s Jharkhand state.

Local police said the victims were Muslim widows who had been labelled as witches by a local cleric.

The incident occurred on Sunday in a remote village in Deoghar district.

They have lodged a case against 11 villagers, including six women. Four people have been arrested in connection with the incident.

Armed police have since been deployed to the area.

“On Sunday morning the victims were taken to a playground where hundreds had assembled to watch the ghastly incident,” deputy inspector general of police Murari Lal Meena told the BBC.

“No one in the mob came forward to rescue the victims as they were being stripped and beaten up,” he said.

The victims are now under police protection.

Sounds like Islam to me, though to be fair the area of India where this has happened is also suffering a Naxalite/Maoist insurgency and we shouldn’t underestimate the influence of a bloodthirsty hate cult like Communism on these incidents.  But frankly this has a whiff of the Matthew Hopkins about it:

Hundreds of people, mostly women, have been killed in India because their neighbours thought they were witches.

Experts say superstitious beliefs are behind some of these attacks, but there are occasions when people – especially widows – are targeted for their land and property.

Since Islam is a religion designed around the tradition of booty taking I can’t say I’m surprised by this. I am still somewhat surprised by the deafening silence of the American neo-pagan movement, but not enough to actually make a big deal out of it given its leftward tilt.

Domestically Violent Florida Priest Suing Stripper for Custody of Child He “Fathered” with Her!

Roll the snare drum please. But seriously this is the story I’d put up if I was going to retire Red Alerts because it is perhaps the greatest crime story ever told:

MIAMI (WSVN) — Papers filed in court have revealed that an ex-priest who fathered a baby with a former exotic dancer is seeking partial custody of the child.

A lawyer for the baby’s mother says former priest David Dueppen has admitted to fathering the baby, and the ex-priest from the Archdioceses of Miami has even filed court papers applying for majority custody.

His attorney, Ray Rafool, said if his client ever wants to see his child, he has to fight for that right. “David loves his daughter. David wants to be with his daughter, and David looks forward to being the father and parent,” Rafool said.

The former Catholic priest is speaking out through his attorney about a romantic relationship with a former stripper that ended in the birth of a baby girl.

Last month, 42-year-old Beatrice Hernandez went public with their torrid love affair that began in 2003, when she was a stripper. The two are now on the brink of a bitter custody battle. “In my opinion, though it’s not been defined,” Rafool said, “is that the mother wants to keep my client completely 100 percent away from the child.”

According to Hernandez, the last time the subject of custody came up things turned violent. “And he grabs me there, and as he’s grabbing me, I thought he’s choking me, ” she said in an earlier interview.

The alleged altercation happened seven months ago, over child support and a DNA test, according to Hernandez, proving Dueppen fathered Marilyn, who she had named after Dueppen’s mother.

Hernandez said Dueppen denied the baby was his and threatened her to keep her quiet. “‘If you say anything, I’m going to take Marilyn away from you, and you will never see us again,'” she said he told her.

Dueppen denies the violent exchange ever happened. His attorney said the best interest of the child is to be with her father. “We believe that a majority of the time that the child spends with David Dueppen will be a benefit to the child, to David Dueppen and also will be a benefit to the mother,” Rafool said.

Dueppen took a definite leave of absence in August from his latest parish. He is now seeking employment outside of the priesthood.

Really? He’s not going to stick it out?

And can we really argue that the man who became a priest then immediately began having sex with a stripper who he may have assaulted is the parent that it would be in the best interest of the child to spend most of her time with?

So the kid’s daddy was a preacher and her mother was a go-go girl. Wasn’t that a song?

Human Rights Groups Fighting for North Carolina Sex Offender’s Right to Lurk Around Church Day Care

The daycare center makes it more spiritual I guess, because known pervert James Nichols could attend another church that has no day care, but for some mysterious reason he just needs to attend a church that has one. From Fox:

RALEIGH, N.C.  —  Convicted sex offender James Nichols said he was trying to better himself by going to church. But the police who arrested him explained: The church is off-limits because it has a daycare center.

Now Nichols is challenging North Carolina’s sex-offender laws in a case that pits the constitutional right to religious freedom against the state’s goal of protecting the public from child molesters.

“I just started asking the question, ‘Why? Why am I being treated this way after trying to better myself?”‘ said Nichols, a 31-year-old who was twice convicted of indecent liberties with a teen girl and again in 2003 for attempted second-degree rape. “The law gives you no room to better yourself.”

At issue in Nichols’ case and a similar one in Georgia are day care centers and youth programs at houses of worship where sex offenders can come into proximity with children. Sex offender advocates agree some convicts should not be allowed around children, but they contend barring all offenders denies them support needed to become productive citizens.

“Criminalizing the practice of religion for everyone on the registry will do more harm than good,” said Sara Totonchi, policy director for the Southern Center for Human Rights. “With these laws, states are driving people on the registry from their faith community and depriving them of the rehabilitative influence of the church.”

Or the easy access to victims. The state isn’t banning this rapist from church, just from hanging around day care facilities. But the organized sex offender advocate movement is using this case to challenge the common sense restrictions society agrees to put on people who have shown themselves to be untrustworthy. Felons cannot buy guns, drug addicts cannot be given custody of children and sex offenders cannot congregate near or loiter in places where children gather. Common sense, right?

Wrong:

In Georgia, the Southern Center for Human Rights sued the state in part because the law there prevents offenders from volunteering in places of worship. The lawsuit brought on behalf of Georgia’s 16,000-plus registered sex offenders is pending in federal court.

Katherine Parker, legal director for the ACLU of North Carolina, said she was not aware of religion-based challenges to sex-offender laws in any other states. The ACLU is helping in Nichols’ case.

Jonathan Turley, a law professor at George Washington University, said preventing offenders from attending religious services is another in a series of increasingly unforgiving laws adopted across the country. Some of the laws have pushed offenders out of homes and entire communities.

“This case is part of a much larger group of cases dealing with the expansive sex-offender laws,” Turley said. “The state cannot sentence someone to a life of being an agnostic or an atheist without violating the constitution.“

Except that’s not at all what’s going on here. One need not go to church to be a Christian at all so Johnathan Turley’s hyperventilating aside no one has been sentenced to a life time of Atheism. But there are in fact many Christian churches that don’t have day cares, and frankly many Catholic churches hold Mass several times a week so I’m sure an offender can work out a schedule to receive the salvation that will ultimately be denied him no matter what the Reverends say when they’re passing around the collection plate.

Turley isn’t the only pro-easy access to victim advocate in this story though. There is of course known liar and con artist Sarah Tofte of Human Rights Watch:

“It’s not clear that there’s any public-safety purpose to these laws. They continue to ostracize previous sex offenders in a way that could be dangerous in the end,” said Sarah Tofte, a legal researcher with Human Rights Watch. “If they can successfully transition to the community, to include going to church, they are less likely to reoffend.”

Who’s Sarah Tofte and why am I coming down so hard on her? Absolute Zero United gives the best overview of this charlatan who sought out some of the most violent and depraved sex offender activists (including Zman-the man responsible for spreading the false charges about Mark Lundsford being a child porn collector) to write her 146 page pro-pedophilia opus for Human Rights Watch which concludes that not only should sex offenders not be “persecuted” by society, but that sex offenders shouldn’t even be required to report their status to schools they work in!

Understand that Sarah Tofte authored a report for Human Rights Watch in which one of the conclusions presented is that pedophiles should be able to slip through the cracks and teach at schools because it’s too restrictive on pedophiles for schools to be required to check employees against the registry.

Tofte is an advocate for sex offenders, not “human rights,” and frankly one the media should question as to how she arrives at her conclusions. Tofte insinuates it’s more dangerous to ostracize sex offenders than allow them to “re-integrate” into the community, and laments the dissolution of their family lives and personal relationships while on the registry. But her report suggests that most sex offenses happen within the confines of family or family-like relationships and other positions of trust. If we follow her recommendations then, by the conclusions we draw from her own research,we would have more sexual abuse when offenders settled into new environments with easy access to victims who are unaware of their proclivities.

Tofte is a hack with a political axe to grind and she’s using rapists to do it. There is only one reason pedophiles and rapists seek out day cares, and if Nichols was really interested in reforming he’d avoid teens and children the way alcoholics avoid bars and liquor stores. But Totfe and the rest of these “human rights” advocates don’t care about that. What they care about is getting Americans to accept a worldview wherein every person, even rapists, are actually victims. And if their activism creates more victims so much the better.

After all it’s how they make a living.

“Pedophile” Suspected in Death of Six Prostitutes

Surprised? You shouldn’t be. As I’ve pointed out before there is no such thing as a pedophile the way people understand the term in popular culture. Child molesters have worked hard to create the illusion that child rape is an “orientation” unrelated to other forms of criminality but the truth is that while pedophilia is certainly a paraphilia (in some but not all child rapists), it is not an orientation the way heterosexuality or homosexuality is. Child rapists are, for the most part, garden variety perverts: sadists who enjoy causing pain, degenerates stalking the most vulnerable, and losers so emotionally stunted they seek out children to have “relationships” with because they are unable to fulfill the needs of adults and unwilling to work on themselves enough to be accepted.

I think Antwan Maurice Pittman, if he is guilty, falls into the sadism camp. In the early nineties he was arrested for taking indecent liberties with a child. The registered sex offender is now being held in the death of Taraha Shenice Nicholson. The police won’t comment on whether he is involved with the other homicides, but since the arrest came just a couple of months after a task force was assembled to investigate the string of murders it is safe to assume that more charges may be lodged.

ROCKY MOUNT — Police charged a convicted sex offender Tuesday with killing one of six women found dead over the past four years, their bodies dumped in the desolate, swampy woods about 60 miles northeast of Raleigh.

On Tuesday, a multi-agency task force charged Antwan Maurice Pittman, an inmate at the Nash County jail, with murder in the death of Taraha Shenice Nicholson, 28.

Pittman’s arrest came nearly two months after the Edgecombe County Sheriff’s Office, Rocky Mount police and the State Bureau of Investigation formed the task force in June to investigate the homicides of the six women, whose bodies were found among the woodlands, corn and tobacco fields in a sparsely populated area of Edgecombe County, north of Rocky Mount between Battleboro and Whitakers.

Edgecombe County Sheriff James L. Knight, flanked by members of the task force at a news conference Tuesday, would not comment on whether Pittman, 31, is implicated in the other deaths. He said little else Tuesday after announcing that Pittman had been charged with Nicholson’s death.

“I have no other comments due to this being an ongoing investigation,” Knight said. “Hopefully, we will be able to answer more questions at a later date.”

Pittman was convicted in 1994 for taking indecent liberties with a 2-year-old child. He served three years in prison, according to the state sex-offender registry.

Serving only three years for molesting a two-year-old is outrageous. It also probably made him think he could continue to offend while suffering relatively light sentences. He in fact failed to register prior to his arrest, so frankly his three years taught him nothing.

All the victims in the serial killings were poor, Black women and the families of some have admitted they were drug addicts involved in prostitution. Why was a “pedophile” involved with adult prostitutes anyway? Because while superficially different the commonality between a drug addict engaged in prostitution and a toddler is that both are vulnerable and more importantly powerless. After molesting a child Pittman went to jail and came out angry and defiant, something we can suppose from his lack of compliance with the registry. He sought out powerless women and murdered them is the theory under which most are working.

Those murders were brutal and the bodies were dumped like garbage illustrating his disdain for the victims:

The first victim, Melody Wiggins, 29, was found by police May 29, 2005, on Noble Mill Pond Road. She died of blunt-force trauma to the head and had been cut and stabbed repeatedly. Her body was partially covered by tree limbs, and the medical examiner wondered whether she was dragged or had run from a field into the woods where her body was found.

The partially skeletal, nude remains of Jackie Thorpe, 35, were found Aug. 17, 2007, in a trash heap behind a burned-out crack house. The head and an arm had been separated from the body. The medical examiner did not determine a cause of death.

On March 13, 2008, the remains of Ernestine Battle, 50, were found face down in the woods. Her remains were unclothed. No cause of death was determined by the medical examiner, who wrote that the likely cause was homicidal violence.

The skeletal remains of the latest victim, Hargrove, 31, were discovered June 29 by a migrant farmer working in a field. The man told police he found Hargrove’s body just inside a wooded area off Seven Bridges Road. The medical examiner’s office has not yet released a cause of death.

Police also discovered the remains of a sixth African-American woman in February on Melton Road. Investigators are not sure whether the case is related to the other five deaths, Capt. Laura Fahne stock of the Rocky Mount Police Department said earlier this month.

Many pedophile activists (yes there are such things, as detailed by blogs like Absolute Zero United) claim that pedophilia is not even a crime, much less a violent one. But time and again child rapists are found to be violent, unstable and remorseless. Pedophile Pittman has a criminal history that shows us a man who doesn’t “love children” or have a different sexual orientation than the rest of us, but instead a man who is unconcerned with the rights of others. Pittman is a violent, drug-addled criminal with no respect for society:

Pittman, in addition to being convicted of indecent liberties with a minor, has also been convicted of assault, resisting arrest, trespassing, driving while impaired, misdemeanor larceny and felony probation violation.

All so-called pedophiles are, more or less, like Pittman. They are simply degenerates who care more about themselves and their depravity than children, society or the law. There own words and behavior prove this time and again. It is time for people to stop providing cover for child rapists by allowing them to spread this myth of pedophilia being an orientation, and calling pedophiles what they are.
