School Waits Two Days to Tell Mother Her Daughter Was Raped on School Bus

What is going on in our schools? The victim in this story was failed on so many levels:

EAST PRICE HILL – A 13-year-old student has been removed from his school after allegations surfaced that he raped a 9-year-old classmate on the school bus last week.

This is a very troubling allegation, very disturbing,” said Janet Walsh, a spokeswoman for Cincinnati Public Schools.

Also troubling is the time line of events.

The 9-year-old it appears never told her mother what allegedly happened on the school bus, and the school, Roberts Paideia Academy, also didn’t notify the mother until Thursday. The attack, according to the police report, happened on Nov. 3.

On the report filed Thursday, the mother told police that her daughter was forced to perform oral sex on another student while the school bus was dropping student off for the day on Nov. 3.

The teen has not been arrested nor has he been suspended from school. Walsh said he was removed from the classroom and subsequently the school on Nov. 4, the day that administrators came to school to find a faxed report from the bus company First Student about the alleged incident. It does not appear that that bus company notified the police department. Several phone calls to First Student were not returned Tuesday.

It gets worse:

Walsh said the bus did not have a student aide on board and there is a surveillance tape, but the tape does not show anything out of the ordinary occurring.

“(The camera and tape) does not show all vantage points on the bus,” Walsh said.

The school’s principal had been out of the building for training when the alleged rape occurred, Walsh said. She said the assistant principal may have waited until the principal returned to notify the 9-year-old’s mother. Walsh said it didn’t appear that the assistant principal would be disciplined, but that school officials are looking into the matter.

“We are certainly looking into tightening procedures because there was a delay,” Walsh said. She said she expects a district-wide discussion or notice on what is expected of staff and principals when encountering similar events.

You Don’t Say: Report Says Phillip Garrido’s Parole Officers Dropped the Ball

I’ll say. Since Garrido was holding Jaycee Dugard hostage in his backyard the entire time he was on parole, saying the parole officers “made some mistakes” is an understatement. How did his POs miss the little fact that their parolee was running a rape camp in his backyard?? Read this and weep:

(11-04) 20:26 PST Sacramento — State parole agents fell down on the job again and again during the 10 years they supervised sex offender Phillip Craig Garrido, failing to check out clues that could have led to alleged kidnap victim Jaycee Dugard and going long stretches without monitoring him at all, a state investigation found Wednesday.

From 1999 until he was finally arrested in August, Garrido, 58, was supposed to be subject to regular visits and other checks by the state Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. Parole authorities have always insisted they had no evidence Garrido ever violated the conditions placed on him by Nevada, where he was convicted of kidnapping and raping a woman in 1976.

However, an investigation led by state Inspector General David Shaw found that agents simply ignored several potential violations. And from the start, he said, they erroneously classified Garrido as a low-risk offender – meaning he was subject to less stringent supervision – then failed to take basic steps such as making regular visits and testing him for drugs.

Parole officers once went 13 months without visiting Garrido at his home outside Antioch, where he lived with his wife, Nancy, 54, the report found.

In the 60 visits that agents did make over the years, they never took note of electrical wires and phone lines running to the back of the property, the audit said. Those could have led them to a warren of tents and sheds where the couple allegedly imprisoned Dugard for 18 years.

Parole officials have said they were unaware the compound was there. But they never read a federal parole report from the early 1990s, around the time the couple allegedly kidnapped Dugard in South Lake Tahoe, indicating that Phillip Garrido had a soundproof recording studio beyond what appeared to be his back fence, the state audit found.

Corrections Secretary Matthew Cate insisted Wednesday that his agents had never received the federal report.

WitchVox Active Arkansas Wiccan Jerry Douglas Ray Outed as Pedophile

Keeping with our Wiccan theme coming out of this Halloween, I have a warning for Pagan parents out there who may run into Jerry Douglas Ray, who is known on WitchVox as mountpagan2 and is also active on several pro-child rape forums. He has admitted on those forums to using Pagan festivals to indulge in his perversion.

The investigative team at Wikisposure exposed Ray during their Halloween push called Pedofright 2009. The Wikisposure team first became aware of Ray when they observed a pedophile going by the handle “Childdriver” on several pro-pedophile forums. Their investigators obtained the email address of the pervert and found it to be associated with several other websites including WitchVox. Just so no Wiccan thinks this is baseless, here’s a description of the investigation:

We noticed a pedophile with the name of childdriver posting on several online pedophilia boards. He posted that his location was in Arkansas and we were able to obtain his email address. His email address led us to further information and websites that he belonged to such as EMT, firefighter, hunting, and Wiccan forums. We discovered more email addresses for him. These email addresses eventually led us to his identifying information such as his date of birth, city, and name. These matched public databases.

Ray uses WitchVox to try to gain access to families. He and his wife are actively recruiting families to form a circle in his area (Mountain View, Arkansas) and is also recruiting adults by claiming he is a 3rd degree initiate. He originally hails from Chicago where he was a bus driver for fourteen years. He is also an avid hunter and a volunteer firefighter.

What kind of depravity has Ray been promoting on the pro-child rape forums? Why do I think he’s so dangerous? Here are some quotes of the thoughts he feels free to indulge in when he’s surrounded by his fellow degenerates:

Or really they reworked Monster Mash with some lyrics written by child rapist Derek Logue, a man so degenerate that he publicly claims his 11-year-old victim was already “corrupt’ when they met so he shouldn’t be held responsible for raping her, and featuring the vocal talents of two rythmless, talentless cretin who run a podcast dedicated to complaining about sex offenders being the victims of people abusing their authority and position.

I’ll let the irony of that sink in for a second.

The show is hosted by a sex offender from Ohio named Kevin Meier and Mary “Tikibug” Duval who raised a rapist and I believe is the inspiration for every redneck in a Rob Zombie movie. I assume they commissioned this work (paying Logue in Lolicon images no doubt) which is a listing of people who have commented publicly on pedophile degeneracy. I made the list basically for commenting at Absolute Zero United. Stitches 77 is mentioned several times, in the song and out, proving that the work she does monitoring these scum has been effective in at least taking up these perverts’ time. As long as they’re complaining about us they’re not molesting children.

What’s funny is that I forgot all about these “people” for like the hundredth time. They never seem to forget me though, mainly because I have stated publicly that “pedophilia” is not a sexual orientation, it’s a behavior engaged in by sadists and other garden variety perverts. I guess it touched a nerve.

I’d say enjoy this song but it’s so bad that it would be impossible to do so. So just listen and be amazed at how immature and emotionally retarded sex offenders and the guttersluts that support them are.

A Dozen Degenerates Watched 15-Year-Old Get Gang Raped at Homecoming and Did Nothing

California authorities are reporting that they believe up to six men beat, tortured and raped a 15-year-old girl who was leaving her homecoming dance for at least two hours in the parking lot of her high school. They also believe that as many as a dozen witnesses watched the rape and never reported it. There are also rumors that some of those witnesses filmed the crime on their cell phones.

RICHMOND, Calif. — Police believe as many as a dozen people watched a 15-year-old girl get beaten and gang-raped outside her high school homecoming dance without reporting it.

One suspect was in custody Monday, but police said as many as six other men attacked the girl over a two-hour period Friday night outside Richmond High School.

“She was raped, beaten, robbed and dehumanized by several suspects who were obviously OK enough with it to behave that way in each other’s presence,” Lt. Mark Gagan said. “What makes it even more disturbing is the presence of others. People came by, saw what was happening and failed to report it.”

The victim remained hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.

Manuel Ortega, 19, was arrested at the scene and was being held on $800,000 bail for investigation of rape and robbery. He is not a student at the school.

Police said the girl left the dance and was walking to meet her father for a ride home when a classmate invited her to join a group drinking in the courtyard. The victim had drank a large amount of alcohol by the time the assault began, police said.

Gagan said police have heard rumors that the attack was also taped on cell phones.

“This was something that was happening in a common area with several people around,” he said. “They were very cavalier.”

Gagan said the alleged attack took more than two hours.

Needless to say the rapists and the witnesses all deserve to be executed for their depravity. Manuel Ortega is not a student at the school, so it looks like he and his scum friends were lurking around a high school dance looking for victims. Fugitive.com says that four police officers and several school officials chaperoned the dance itself so any of those witnesses could have gotten help if they wanted.

They didn’t though. They were apparently too busy laughing:

Onlookers laughed, took pictures and even joined in Saturday night during the two-hour gang rape of a semiconscious 15-year-old outside her homecoming dance at Richmond High, police said Monday.

Teams of detectives and school resource officers spent the rest of the weekend trying to track down those responsible.

“The crimes perpetrated against this 15-year-old are both startling and horrific,” police Chief Chris Magnus said Monday. “We are committed to arresting the perpetrators and to preparing the strongest case possible by aggressively pursuing every lead and utilizing the full resources of the department.”

Police took at least one student out of Richmond High on Monday afternoon for questioning.

No one called police until word of the ongoing rape spread to a house party in the city’s North and East neighborhood, where an appalled partygoer felt obligated to phone in the rumor.

“That’s just wrong,” senior class President Gina Saechao, who helped organize the dance, said Monday. “What if it was your little sister? What if it was your mom?”

Officers broke it up, and found the victim semiconscious and obviously hurt. Paramedics flew her to a regional trauma center in critical condition; she stabilized overnight.

What’s funnier than watching a teen being beaten and raped to death? Make no mistake, had not that one party goer called the crime in the girl would have died on that courtyard bench. The people who saw the assault watched a girl get beaten and raped into critical condition. The animals attacking her were killing her. But they simply watched and laughed.

What kind of degenerates could do such a thing? Maybe “progressive” blogger Sunny aka Sheree Shastky Marty from Smashed Frog could tell you, since she too supports rapists and other perverts. She even married a rapist named Daniel Eaton. Aside from hurling racist insults at me she has maintained for years, as in this post and comment thread, that we as a society too hard on rapists.

Cases like this make me think we’re not hard enough on them, and on the people who support them.
