Looks like the stealth Jihad is picking up pace in Canada. Counter-Jihad blog Because No One Asked reported that the Saskatoon Muslim Federation is openly calling for Muslims to “settle disputes” in religious courts rather than civil courts, which is a violation of the fundamental Republican ideal of rule of law and perhaps more importantly, as B.N.O.A. points out a violation of section 15.1 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

Here’s the text published by B.N.O.A.:

Saskatoon Muslim Foundation (SMF) would like to inform you that the foundation is ready and willing to play a positive role in the area of conflict resolution within our Muslim community in Saskatoon. Our community, Alhamdullellah, is growing. With growth come the positive aspects of larger numbers, more financial and human resources, and diversity in educational level, languages, habits, and background. But also increasing number of conflicts among our community members and institutions can be expected.

We at SMF, and based on actual incidents, strongly believe that we can and should establish a “home-grown” wisdom and mechanism to handle any conflicts within the community before growing out of scale, and before spreading outside the boundaries of our community. We commit to approach such issues in an Islamic and impartial manner to the best of our ability.

If you become aware of or you become part of any conflict in our community, please do not hesitate to bring it to our attention. Based on the agreement of all parties in conflict, we will be able to conduct mediation or arbitration in order to reach a peaceful and Islamic solution to any conflict within our community. Based on the nature of the case under consideration, SMF will form a committee of respectable members of our community to conduct the mediation/arbitration process.

Clearly if this applies to divorce, child custody or any of a number of legal issues involving men and women, women will not be afforded the same justice they would receive in Canadian court. If these courts are used to mediate criminal complaints, then the Canadian government will be allowing an apartheid system to operate in their borders. Because there have been several high profile honor killings in Canada and America people are (rightfully it seems to me) concerned about allowing Islamic practices to supersede a nation’s justice system and thus their sovereignty as they have begun to in England. Which for Islamic Imperialists like the Wahhabi is exactly the point.

One law for all. It is the foundation of Western Civilization and a principle that cannot be allowed to be undone by political correctness.

Do we have a moral responsibility to ensure a second Holocaust doesn’t happen? Liberals and Libertarians say we do not, but I wonder what they will say after the millions of Jews in Israel are dead? Some will cheer, but will the rest simply shrug their shoulders and carry on like they do while the genocide in Darfur (also perpetuated by Muslims) is ongoing?

It is considered bigoted to point out that Islam is in desperate need of a reformation and considered even more bigoted to point to the treatment of women in the richest (and most modern) of Muslim countries as evidence. MONTREAL — A high-level representative of the federal government has met with Nathalie Morin, a 24-year-old Quebec woman who claims she is being held against her will in Saudi Arabia.

Deepak Obhrai, parliamentary secretary to Foreign Affairs Minister Lawrence Cannon, met with Morin and her Saudi husband, Abdallah Ramthi Al-Bishi, in Saudi Arabia on Dec. 22 to mediate in the couple’s dispute, a Foreign Affairs spokesperson told Canwest News Service last night.

He could not say what the next step might be. Ottawa has said in the past that Canadians in Saudi Arabia are subject to its laws. Morin met Al-Bishi in Montreal when she was 17 and when he was a Concordia University student.

The couple has three children, including one born in Canada.

Morin’s mother has said her daughter is unable to leave because, under Saudi law, she is his property because she is the mother of his children.

Muslims from neighboring Burma often travel by sea to Thailand to join the violent Muslim terror groups engaged in an anti-Buddhist Jihad in that country. When the Thai military caught a bunch of them they laid a heavy hand on these bloodthirsty killers, much to the chagrin of Islamist affiliated “human rights groups” that immediately leap into action to condemn the Thai military protecting their peaceful civilian population from certain death:

BANGKOK, THAILAND – Hundreds of Muslim refugees from Burma (Myanmar) are feared missing or dead after Thai troops forced them onto boats without engines and cut them adrift in international waters, according to human rights activists and authorities in India who rescued survivors. The revelations have shone a spotlight on the Thai military’s expulsion policy toward Muslims it sees as a security threat.

Nearly 1,000 refugees were detained on a remote island in December before being towed out to sea in two batches and abandoned with little food or water, according to a tally by a migrant-rights group based on survivors’ accounts and media reports. The detainees, mostly members of Burma’s oppressed Rohingya minority, then drifted for weeks. One group was later rescued by Indonesia’s Navy, and two others made landfall in India’s Andaman Islands.

Photos of refugees on a Thai island show rows of bedraggled men stripped to the waist as soldiers stand guard. In a separate incident, foreign tourists snapped pictures of detainees trussed on a beach. Thailand’s Andaman coastline, where the abuses took place, is a popular vacation spot.

Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva has launched an investigation. Military officials have denied any ill treatment of refugees, while offering conflicting accounts of how they ended up lost at sea. The military has accused the Rohingya, who often travel via Thailand to Malaysia to work or seek asylum, of assisting a Muslim-led insurgency in southern Thailand.

In security briefings, military officials repeatedly draw a link between Rohingya refugees and separatist violence in the south, says Sunai Pasuk, with Human Rights Watch, which has received reports of sea “pushbacks” since 2007. “This is not just an isolated incident. There must be a policy behind it,” he says.

Mr. Kraisak, a deputy leader of the ruling Democrat party, criticized the violation of human rights. But he said the outflow of refugees from Burma was a problem that Thailand can’t handle alone. “We have to confer on the international stage. Thais have been too tolerant,” he says.
