Reports are from local news media, so the narrative favors Latinos, portraying them as victims of Black racism struggling to defend themselves and their interests in a resource scarce environment. Despite what the reporters try to claim, Latino animosity toward Black Americans isn’t limited to gangs. Here’s a clip of Black Minutemen supporters at a rally, in the background you’ll hear Latino protesters telling them to “leave their continent” and calling them “White racists” which is their way of calling them Uncle Toms. This is usually the strategy of racist “liberal” Whites who are offended when Black Americans dare think for themselves, but the Latino activists throw it out quicker and with much more malice:
