This video includes discussion of identifiers, what crimes MS-13 usually partakes in and even delves briefly into their terrorist connections. As civil unrest increases it behooves you to learn about gangs who in some areas will be shadow governments where American power is easily challenged (Oakland, Chicago, Arizona) or police forces have been thinned out.
