Democrats Give Lawmakers an Extra $93,000 in Petty Cash

I could live for at least 2 years on that kind of money, but in the middle of a “financial crisis” (that everyone saw coming) congress is giving an extra $93,000 in petty cash to lawmakers. Outrageous.
