This story is not only disturbing, but demonstrates the dangers of living a chaotic lifestyle and associating with people with who embrace antinomian values:

Clayton — A jury convicted Paula Smith on Friday of sexually assaulting a woman as Smith’s husband directed the attack by phone from a prison where he is serving life for rape.

The victim was the husband’s girlfriend and also had a sexual relationship with Smith, according to trial testimony.

The jury in St. Louis County Circuit Court in Clayton found Smith, 46, guilty of assault, two counts of sodomy and three counts of armed criminal action. Jurors recommended one year in jail for assault, 10 years in prison on each sodomy count and three years in prison on each of the other charges. A judge will sentence her later.

The assault took place for a period of hours at a house on Wheaton Avenue near Overland on Jan. 12, 2007, officials said.

The victim, now 40, testified that she was threatened with a knife and beaten with two clubs and sodomized at the direction of James Smith, an inmate at the prison in Bonne Terre, Mo.

Evidence included a prison audiotape of the phone call, which includes James Smith’s orders and the screams and the pleas of the victim. James Smith is heard on tape yelling that the victim was having affairs with other men, and demanding a confession.

Still liking those bad boys ladies? Then this is an admittedly extreme version of your future. Smith is in prison on unrelated robbery, rape and sodomy charges and is due for parole in 2011. Let’s hope women get a clue about him and stop dating him.
