Litigious deviant Tom Madison runs an organization called SoClear Media dedicated to abolishing the “unfair” sex offender registry that he just so happens to be on after pleading guilty to sexually abusing a 16-year-old girl. Like any “reformed” sex offender he also had a MySpace page which has been deleted.
I’ll reserve comment as it’s possible for there to be legitimate reasons for adults to be on MySpace.

Notice how conveniently he edits out any parts about the actual crimes and re-offenses of the sex offenders involved? That’s Madison’s favorite tactic, to try to make it look as if sexual predators are just like you and me, not the soulless monsters they are.
Madison’s rambling, tasteless videos criticizing heavily edited media reports of sex offenders seem like bad performance art as he tries to convince people sex offenders have low re-offense rates and are thus “better” than other criminals. This truly vile idea is something we debunked a while ago and the crux of my argument against it, should you ever run into one of his disciples regurgitating the same false conclusions from a flawed study, is this:
I say that the study he cites is flawed because it purports to “prove†sex offenders are in general not dangerous by pointing out that “only†3 out of every 10 they followed in a study re-offended. Clearly those people in the study were different than the average pedophile in that they were … being monitored. This would seem to support registration in my mind.
Either by the study group or the authorities, the sex offenders used for the study were being watched, and therefore were more likely to control their behavior. But even if the study was valid it only claims that people who beat their wives do so more regularly than people who molest children, or people prone to fighting in bars do so more often than Tom Madison rapes teen girls.
In reality this means absolutely nothing. Pedophiles molest children less often than wife beaters assault their spouses because they need to find opportunities to do so. Children don’t just run up to pedophiles and drop their pants looking to be scarred for life, the pedophile spends months or sometimes years grooming a child and family for abuse. The average pedophile doesn’t always have the opportunity to molest a child, while there is always an opportunity for a violent thug to assault someone.
But the most important part of Madison’s activism isn’t his flawed logic, it’s his disdain for victims, his seeming desire to cause them pain by minimizing their trauma and painting rapists, child molesters and other assorted sadists as victims of a heartless society and not their own actions. Madison has no remorse for his crime and he’s advocating all sex offenders avoid feeling the contrition and remorse those who have truly changed experience. If that were not the case why would he be pushing this video of a woman telling victims to “get over it” and forgive their abusers?
The lack of contrition from this belligerent balding blow hard reminds me of an ideological cousin of his from down under. Geoffrey Leonard is a not at all contrite sex offender who managed to avoid being required to register on Australia’s SOR. Rather than live a quiet life out of the lime light and counting his blessings, this is what he does. There’s a sync problem but stick with it:

Except for all the hopping around and his willingness to actually confront a man, Leonard and Madison could be the same person. Both men make themselves public spectacles in the hopes that they continue to to emotionally damage their victims, and both men display the megalomania and lack of introspection that no doubt lies at the core of their criminality.
Maybe it’s more precise to say Tom Madison is America’s Geoffrey Leonard, a manic, mincing pedophile angry at the world that rejects him and his desire to defile children. Madison is just barely able to retain his composure, something Leonard is unable to do, but otherwise it is clear the same demons drive him. Anger, pettiness, and the desire for power over others is the fuel for these two predators’ outrageousness.
That and their inability to feel compassion for their victims.

I know a guy, who was raped at 11 years old, and it still taunts him today being 20 now. He is still recovering, while his heart stops when he see’s his pretador walk by, with no regrets, and no thought what soever on what he has done to him. It is beyond sad….

Yes, family can be more severe, my mother was being french kissed at 5 years old by her 30+ year old uncles, but the people who were further in the wrong, were the ones who said nothing, the ones who had stood no grounds.
