Not at all, says the lawyer for Thomas Cosby, he’s just delusional. You see after losing his longtime girlfriend to a Black man he just happened to develop a mental illness where one attacks Black people while calling them names. It’s called DailyKosaphrenia.

Witnesses and police said Thomas Cosby used his car in July to mow down Nekedia Cato, who was riding her bicycle.
According to witnesses, Cosby shouted racial slurs at Cato after he hit her.
Cosby’s lawyer said his client was part of a program that treats severely mentally ill people, and Cosby is currently not taking his medication for delusions.

Agreed. It seems like everyone thinks they can get away with murder (or attempted murder in this case) if they claim they’re “sick”.
It’s obvious that this guy does have a mental issue. I think schizophrenia perhaps. That does not preclude him from also, being racist.
Schizophrenia and racism are not mutually exclusive.
The question becomes is this person responsible for his actions at the time that he committed the act?
Since he fled the scene I’m going to go with yes, he’s responsible.
