Another case where whether or not Marijuana was legal wouldn’t have changed the outcome of its use. I’m willing to hear arguments as to how legalization would have helped this baby:
Maybe we should decriminalize pot smoking but still allow the drug’s use to be a factor in child welfare checks and allow employers and landlord’s the option of not hiring or renting to drug users without fear of legal reprisals? Oh but then legalization proponents would be homeless and out of a job.
You may wish to check out the show America’s Most Wanted, if you want some more news clips of fugitives committing horrible crimes like this.
The problem is I actually hate seeing stories like this, I tried to transition to a crime blog a while ago and just couldn’t take it. I keep doing these drug stories to show people how immature “Libertarianism” is when it comes to drug use.
Here’s another victimless crime, that I found which may interest you, that this individual in this news clip wasn’t just drinking behind the wheel but also using cocaine:

Horrible, these people claim what they do doesn’t hurt anyone else, but what do they say about cases like this?
Is sad to think that there are people who still defend the legalization of this crap. I guess to then these victims are just collateral to their addition.
