The family of missing teen Kara Kopetsky have created a model web campaign for parents getting the word out to the public on their plight. Parents of missing teens should blanket the ‘net in just this way to keep the public aware and hopefully active in the search for their children. Most significant is the use of YouTube to raise awareness and ask for the publics help.
